The Morning Call
We begin with the Central African republic CAR where UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres is expected to arrive in the Central African Republic today to visit the 12,500 UN peacekeepers in the country.
Guterres’ visit comes at a time when violence between Muslim and Christian militias has intensified in the past few months in the CAR.
Now, one of the cities Mr Guterres is expected to visit is Bangassou, which has recently been affected by a resurgence of violence between armed groups.
And there we go now, where we have on the line with us a Central African MP Serge Singha.
